Procedure for Reporting and Compensation of Quality Issues

From the moment your company begins using products supplied by RoyMC Auto Film Co., Ltd., you become our valued customer. We are committed to delivering high-quality service, with product warranty being one of our top priorities.

For our paint protection film (PPF), the warranty policy is as follows:

• In cases of severe yellowing (Δ≥3), compensation will be provided at the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

• For defects such as full-body water spots, watermarks, hazing, or deglutination that require reapplication, compensation will also be made at the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

 

To ensure this process is carried out effectively, we kindly ask for your cooperation by following these four steps:

Step 1: Pre-Delivery Inspection

All products are thoroughly inspected by RoyMC staff before shipment. However, due to potential logistics-related issues, please carefully inspect each roll upon delivery. If any outer packaging is found damaged, take photos as evidence and contact us within 7 days. Shipping-related damage will be handled by the courier company.

Step 2: Post-Delivery Inspection

Upon receiving the goods, please promptly inspect them. If there are visible defects such as film surface damage, contamination, folds, or creases, notify our staff immediately. If confirmed unused and unsold, the product will be replaced free of charge. If the issue meets compensation criteria, a full-price compensation (excluding shipping) will be provided.

Step 3: Pre-Installation Check

Before cutting or applying the film, ask your installer to examine the film surface carefully. If any abnormality is found, do not use the roll, preserve its integrity, and contact us immediately to arrange return or exchange.

Step 4: Warranty Registration

After installation, complete the warranty information accurately. All PPF products have unique barcodes (roll numbers), which are the sole proof for receiving after-sales service from RoyMC.
